Set up HydraAI
Turn it on
Tick Enable Hydra when you create the site in Espresso. Espresso installs and connects HydraAI for you, and the site uses the HydraAI credits from your plan.
Give people access
Open each person's User record and tick Hydra User or Hydra Admin under Roles & Permissions. For a whole team, add the role to a Role Profile.

System Managers see the panel too.
Each person picks their own mode in the panel. It isn't an admin setting.
