Can I use my own server on any plan?
Yes. Paid plans can run on a Linux server you already have, and they cost less there. The Free plan includes a site we host, or you can connect a site you already host. On your own server, the site, database and backups stay there.
What is a build minute?
Time spent building your app when you deploy. A typical build takes about three and a half minutes.
What happens when Hydra credits run out?
Hydra pauses until your plan’s credits refresh on your next billing date. On paid plans you can add a credit pack at any time. You are never billed extra without choosing to.
How do changes made in the app reach my other sites?
Custom Migrator writes what your team changed into your app’s code and pushes it to a branch on GitHub, ready to open as a pull request. Once merged, the next deployment applies it to any site you run.
What does the Enterprise plan include?
Unlimited sites, dedicated, on-premise or air-gapped hosting, HydraAI with a private model option, and 24x7 support with a dedicated engineer. It starts from about $2,500 a month on an annual contract.
Do you charge per user?
No. Every plan includes unlimited team members and ERPNext users.
Is yearly billing cheaper?
Yes, 15% off any paid plan. Buying Espresso and HydraAI on the same tier takes another 10% off.
What is an Espresso hosted site?
It is a fully managed cloud environment where we host and maintain your ERPNext site. It comes fully configured, optimized for performance, and ready to use with custom app support, so you don’t have to manage any infrastructure.
